Job summary

Tatton Recruitment is seeking an AI Subject Matter Expert for a London-based contract until year-end, with strong extension prospects. The role requires three onsite days per week and focuses on implementing Responsible AI principles in alignment with corporate values and regulatory requirements.

You will evaluate AI risks, oversee governance, and guide senior stakeholders on ethical AI deployment while ensuring safe integration and business value realization.

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating AI risks, fairness, transparency and explainability.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and influencing enterprise decisions.
• Experience in regulated or complex enterprise environments preferred.
• Familiarity with Responsible AI concepts and ethics considerations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Responsible AI principles and governance findings.
• Collaborate with Legal to define fairness, transparency and human oversight requirements.
• Develop controls and assessment criteria for Responsible AI use cases.
• Lead reviews for high-risk AI solutions and advise on mitigation actions.
• Support regulatory alignment and AI lifecycle governance efforts.
• Monitor emerging AI standards and industry best practices.
