Job summary

Barts Health NHS Trust is seeking an enthusiastic Associate Respiratory Physiologist with an interest in cardio-pulmonary exercise testing. The post supports the lung function service across three sites, including routine lung function, outpatient sleep studies and CPET.

The role is based at the CDC with cross-site work and opportunities to train in cardiorespiratory diagnostics, ECG analysis, and other respiratory investigations to deliver a patient-centred service.

Qualifications

• Experience with lung function testing and CPET.
• Experience with GP access spirometry.
• Willingness to work 12 hour shifts and cross-site coverage.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic respiratory tests for community-based patients.
• Support delivery of the lung function service across sites.
• Contribute to CPET and ECG analysis and pathway development.
