You’ll use your influencing and advisory skills to develop effective resourcing solutions across a diverse workforce, including permanent recruitment, secondments, contingent workers and early careers, ensuring our approach meets both current and future organisational priorities.

Success in this role will rely heavily on diplomatic skills, stakeholder management and the ability to adapt to changing organisational priorities.

About You
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and public sector recruitment governance
  • Experience of recruitment strategy planning and advising senior stakeholders on recruitment solutions.
  • A track record of delivering effective recruitment and talent attraction campaigns that build talent pipelines.
  • Experience managing different workforce arrangements, including temporary, interim and contract resource.
