Job summary

Salary: National (Edinburgh or Leeds) up to £90,000; London up to £95,000 per annum (based on skills and experience).

The team sits within Human Resources alongside the Executive Resourcing, Early Careers, and Talent teams, forming the Resourcing & Talent department. We are passionate about placing the right people in the right roles at the right time to meet FCA objectives.

What you will be doing

As Resourcing Manager, reporting to the Head of Resourcing and Talent, your responsibilities include:

  • Managing the resourcing service through an outsourced provider (team of 40 across the UK) for operational recruitment and onboarding.
  • Leading the in-house resourcing team of 5 members.
  • Building capability by identifying and hiring skills needed for current and future needs.
  • Leading the DEI workstream in our 3-year programme to support, attract, and hire diverse talent through inclusive processes.
  • Developing leaders as talent scouts and supporting talent identification and attraction.
  • Managing the FCA employment brand, including the careers website, social media, and internal branding.
  • Collaborating across HR to optimize talent data and leverage synergies.
  • Overseeing demand planning with HR Business Partners and the business to ensure effective workforce planning.
  • Building strong relationships with HR and business stakeholders to promote talent acquisition.
  • Using data analytics to improve recruiting strategies and team performance.

  • Proven experience managing an in-house resourcing function for a medium-large organization.
  • Experience managing outsourced resourcing providers (RPO and MSP).
  • Experience in direct line management.
