Job summary

Confidential recruitment team is seeking a Delivery Consultant to join our head office in Newcastle upon Tyne. You will support multi-discipline divisions (Rail, Built Environment, Facilities Management) by resourcing candidates for live roles and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

No prior recruitment experience is required; we look for articulate, tenacious candidates who deliver outstanding customer service and show initiative.

Qualifications

• Proficient IT / Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Resourcing candidates for live jobs through database and job site searches, advertising and networking.
• Contacting previously identified candidates to check availability for assignments.
• Ongoing generation of marketable candidates by advertising, mail shots, headhunting, referrals and events.
• Maintenance of database candidate files and ensuring information is updated regularly.
• Registering new candidates in line with company administrative and legislative requirements.
• Formatting CVs as required.
• Identifying and informing consultants of potential sales leads.
• Arranging candidate interviews with clients and issuing confirmation letters/emails.
• Placing job adverts onto relevant job sites and ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Responding to incoming enquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
• Maintaining service levels for all clients through effective candidate matching.
• Maintaining contact with candidates and updating them on their applications.
• Adhoc projects and general administrative support.
• Achieving agreed KPIs and targets.
• Adhering to Health & Safety, Modern Slavery and GDPR policies.
