Qualifications

• You have 4 years of Digital experience in a similar role.
• Proven decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• You are used to dealing with complex pipelines.
• You are an independent and structured worker.
• You can communicate clearly in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Problem-solve to optimize internal talent utilization across departments and ensure projects have the talent they need to deliver.
• Collaborate with production operations to reduce freelance costs and maximize internal talent use.
• Maintain capacity planning tool as a centralized repository for utilization data.
• Recommend processes, tools, tracking, and communications improvements for Production Ops.
• Partner with Executive Producers, Producers and discipline leads to allocate internal talent time.
• Oversee special case and retainer contracts, tracking against FTE start dates.
• Work with finance on billing for intercompany and freelance support.
• Focus on resourcing, casting, and capacity planning and act as a trusted point of contact for teams.
• Build relationships with teams, understand strengths and challenges, and manage expectations across global stakeholders.
