We’re seeking a Resourcing Business Partner to join our high performing and collaborative recruitment team based at our head office in Coventry. In this pivotal role, you’ll be key to shaping our talent strategy, driving recruitment excellence, and ensuring we attract and retain the very best.

  • Leading the way in delivering a seamless, end-to-end recruitment service across one of our key directorates, ensuring every hire is the right fit, at the right time.
  • Partnering strategically with managers and senior leaders to craft and deliver innovative, tailored recruitment strategies that attract top-tier talent to Severn Trent.
  • Hunting for hidden gems by using a variety of sourcing techniques to uncover exceptional candidates, whether they’re actively looking or not.
  • Championing the candidate journey, creating a smooth, engaging, and memorable experience from first click to final offer.
  • Building trusted relationships with stakeholders, becoming their go-to expert and a valued advisor on all things resourcing.

In this role, you’ll take full ownership of permanent recruitment across your business area. That means understanding the external talent landscape and how it connects to our wider Severn Trent talent strategy. With stakeholders at every level relying on your expertise, strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
