Grade C -£32,471(National ) or £38,143 (London - for London office based or home-based workers within the boundary of the M25)– There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £581 per annum for those working from home. Please note for part time roles – this will be pro rata.

Led the design and delivery of a newresourcing strategy that improved how we attract diverse talent across theorganisation.
Overseen a large-scale recruitmentcampaign for key roles within the care sector.
The role
You’ll work closelywith others to deliver shared outcomes. In this role, you’ll:
Lead and support your team: Manage a team of Resourcing Officers,ensuring effective recruitment support across CQC for all aspects of thetemporary workforce, including contingent labour, specialist advisors, andbank inspection staff
Advise and collaborate: Work with hiring managers anddirectors to understand their needs and deliver tailored resourcing plansthat align with our values and goals.
Drive improvement: Use your expertise to improveprocesses, ensure legal compliance, and promote inclusive hiringpractices.

We will be lookingfor specific skills, knowledge and experience in your application form:
Experience leading recruitmentactivity: You’ve worked in a resourcing or recruitment team, preferably within thepublic sector supporting hiring managers and delivering effectiverecruitment campaigns.
Team leadership and planning: You’ve successfully managed a team orfunction, balancing workloads and supporting development while meetingdeadlines.
Using data and systems: You’ve used applicant trackingsystems and recruitment data to inform decisions, improve processes, andreport on performance.
