As a Talent Acquisition Advisor at Morrisons, your primary purpose is to drive the recruitment and selection process to secure top talent for our business.
You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their resourcing needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and engage with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring journey. With a focus on attracting diverse candidates who embody our values and culture, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining high performing teams that drive our business forward.
This role will initially be on a 12-month fixed-term contract as we grow our team, however, we can talk to you more about permanent opportunities.

This role is based at our fantastic head office in Bradford, which has a great on-site restaurant, coffee shop, convenience and sample store, prayer room, free parking and regular company-wide events and promotions. It's essential that applicants are within commuting distance, as you'll be required to come into the office 2/3 days a week.

This role sits within the Retail recruitment team, who support our stores to hire the best talent in the market. We're a team of 9 who are all passionate about doing a great job and collaborating to provide the best service. Team culture is important to us, and we'd love to welcome another member of the team that cares about what they do and wants to contribute towards a really positive working environment.
Our modern Head Office on the edge of Bradford is home to our different support teams from tech, marketing and finance to HR, trading and supply chain. Alive with activity, this is where decisions are made and our corporate teams make sure everything runs smoothly. Here, you’ll find comfy breakout areas, a coffee shop, newsagents and subsidised restaurant all within commuting distance of Leeds, Manchester and the Yorkshire Dales - always with free parking.
