Responsibilities

• Liaise with Partners, Directors and Managers to understand resource requirements.
• Drive utilisation and advise on resourcing solutions and best practices.
• Identify resourcing solutions considering client needs and individual skills.
• Manage conflicting demands to maximise profitability and client value.
• Maintain and administer work planners and onboarding of contingent workers.
• Provide admin support for all resourcing processes.
• Ensure client teams are staffed with the best mix of experience and skills.
• Support talent management and career development alignment.
• Engage and challenge stakeholders to build strong relationships at all levels.
