What we can offer you:
  • 26 days holiday (plus bank holidays), with the opportunity to buy or sell annual leave
  • A productivity-related bonus scheme
  • A generous contributory pension of 6%, with employer matching between 7% and 10%
  • Life assurance at 3 times annual salary

  • Enhanced pay for maternity, paternity, adoption, and shared parental leave
  • Access to counselling, legal, and financial resources
  • Electric car scheme
  • Various in-house and e-learning courses, coaching, and mentoring programs
The role:

As a Resource Planner, you’ll be a key contact for customers, contractors, and trades staff, primarily via phone. You will ensure effective scheduling of repairs and maintenance appointments using our scheduling system and mobile solutions, adhering to corporate standards and procedures. You’ll ensure appointments are attended and completed within set timescales, rescheduling as needed, and keeping customers informed.

You will provide information to help managers monitor compliance with timelines and standards, ensuring services meet legislative and professional requirements aligned with VIVID’s values and policies.

You’ll monitor diaries to optimize resource utilization and liaise with other planning teams to allocate trades staff across different areas as needed. Proficiency with computer systems is essential, including raising, closing, and amending jobs on our bespoke system, and assisting trades staff with troubleshooting device issues.

This is a fast-paced role requiring multitasking and prioritization skills. You must remain calm and professional, especially when dealing with customers. Previous experience in planning or scheduling roles, especially within social housing, is preferred.
