Job summary

A leading agency in project management in the United Kingdom is seeking a Resource Manager to oversee team capacity and project assignments in complex CRM implementations and marketing projects. Job description

Resource Manager

You’ll play a pivotal role in orchestrating our team’s capacity and project assignments across complex HubSpot CRM implementations, large website builds and marketing campaign projects. You’ll ensure the right people are working on the right projects at the right time.

You’ll know people’s strengths. You’ll ask questions that matter. You’ll identify and solve resource conflicts before they become problems, so we can deliver on time and to budget.

You’ll work as a specialist for one of only a handful of global Elite HubSpot partners.

What we offer

Work flexible hours at home and at the office. Half a day each week to level up your skills and £650 a year to spend on your mental wellbeing. After five years, a month-long, paid sabbatical.
