Seismic seeks a proactive Resourcing & Finance Assistant to balance consultant workloads with financial administration in a London-based consultancy.
You will own resource flow across the agency, ensuring consultants are utilised effectively while supporting the finance function to keep projects on track financially.
A proactive and highly organised professional with experience in project management or resourcing within an professional services environment. You will play a dual role (70% Resourcing Manager, 30% Finance Assistant), ensuring our 40-person consultancy runs like clockwork by balancing consultant workloads with essential financial administration.

We are looking for a central \"hub\" for our team—someone who loves the puzzle of resource management and has a keen eye for financial detail. You will own the flow of work across the agency, ensuring our consultants are effectively utilised while supporting our finance function to keep projects on track financially.

Ideally you will be within commuting distance of our London office You will be within commuting distance of our London office, attending the office (Waterloo) at least twice per week.
