Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals in Cambridge is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Sciences to lead design, execution, and interpretation of hematology/oncology studies across early and late phases.

You will partner with Medical Directors, develop protocol sections, and oversee medical monitoring plans, SAPs, and reports while mentoring junior scientists and driving cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life science or healthcare (PhD, MD, PharmD, or MSc).
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical clinical drug development experience.
• Proven leadership in global clinical trials and programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support clinical science strategy for a program as Lead Clinical Scientist or delegate to the Therapeutic Area Lead.
• Partner with Medical Directors to design and deliver clinical studies grounded in biology and literature.
• Develop Expanded Synopsis and author or review clinical sections of protocols, amendments, and study reports.
