  • Work with the UK Resource Manager, the Resourcing Group, and the recruitment team to review and develop the resourcing strategy.
  • Define processes to support effective resource use across the firm.
  • Support the rollout of firm-wide planning software to streamline resource utilization.
  • Ensure clients are provided with the best teams, combining industry experience with technical knowledge for maximum commercial advantage.
  • Negotiate with senior stakeholders to meet resourcing and strategic needs.
  • Provide pragmatic advice on manpower planning and resource management.
  • Match staff appropriately to challenging and developmental roles.
  • Balance individual needs with business requirements.
  • Ensure optimal utilization and revenue, considering commercial aspects and providing appropriate challenge when needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Resourcing experience in Professional Services or a commercial environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with empathy, impact, and discretion; build trusted relationships with leadership and stakeholders.

  • Relationship management experience, influencing and negotiating at all levels.
