St. John in Cirencester is seeking an Entry Level Resource Administrator on a permanent, part-time basis (3 days/21 hours per week) in a hybrid Cirencester office. The Resourcing Team plays a central role within the Advice Division, acting as the engine that ensures the right people are in the right place at the right time. Combining resource planning, data insight, and operational support, the team works closely with leadership and operational teams to balance demand, capacity, and capability across the function. From managing helpline coverage to supporting projects and providing critical administrative coordination, the team enables the smooth day-to-day running of the division while helping it scale efficiently and respond to changing business needs.
The Resource Administrator plays a key role in supporting the Advice Policy & Operations (APO) management team through the delivery of professional administrative and PA support. The role also provides wider operational support across the APO function, helping to ensure the division runs efficiently and effectively.
Working across a variety of activities, the Resource Administrator will coordinate administrative processes, maintain key records and procedures, organise meetings and events, and provide vital support to the wider team.
We're looking for a highly organised and dependable administrator who enjoys creating structure, managing competing priorities and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships and providing first-class support to senior stakeholders and the wider team.
