Job summary

Moness Resort in Aberfeldy is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant to uphold high cleanliness standards across hotel rooms, cottages and guest areas. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional experiences and pride yourself on guest satisfaction.

Training is provided; prior hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous but not required. Competitive hourly rate and benefits accompany opportunities to grow within the resort.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided.
• Previous experience in a hotel or Restaurant, together with good people skills would be an advantage; where teamwork and collaboration have been the key would be ideal.
• Working independently and as part of a team comes naturally to you. Ability to work under pressure to juggle competing priorities with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, friendly, professional and efficient service and work well within a team, maintaining our ambitious standards.
• Maintain immaculate cleanliness across hotel rooms, self-catering cottages and guest areas; change linen and liaise with linen porter.
• Take responsibility for guest privacy and safety while ensuring a welcoming environment throughout their stay.
