Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Resilience Tooling Product Owner to lead the delivery of a new resilience data platform. You will own the roadmap, prioritise capabilities and ensure alignment with business and technology needs across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Proven Product Ownership experience with roadmap and delivery
• Strong Agile delivery experience across cross‑functional teams
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders
• Experience delivering technology products or tooling in complex enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of Operational Resilience and related frameworks

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for resilience tooling
• Prioritise backlog and balance business value with feasibility
