Job summary
EDF Energy is seeking a Platform Recovery Lead to strengthen resilience across complex platforms, cloud environments and critical services. You will report to the Enterprise Product Manager in the Enterprise Platform team and drive recovery strategy with cross-functional collaboration.
The role focuses on developing recovery plans, runbooks and testing regimes, with occasional UK travel. This is a hybrid role offering collaboration between home and on-site work and a competitive package
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT disaster recovery, digital recovery, operational resilience, or IT service continuity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain IT digital recovery plans aligned to architectural standards.
- Maintain recovery runbooks and procedures for critical infrastructure and applications.
- Raise and monitor recovery risks and support mitigation with BC leads and product managers/owners.
- Work with product teams to ensure recovery capabilities meet SLAs.
- Improve testing methods in line with regulatory expectations.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to align resilience priorities.
- Collaborate with business units to understand service priorities and recovery readiness.
