Job summary

Barclays is seeking a senior resilience lead to develop, implement and maintain an effective resilience strategy and Operational Recovery Planning framework aligned to industry standards and regulatory expectations.

You will oversee incident management, crisis readiness and third‑party recovery capabilities, socialise the framework across the firm, report progress to boards, and ensure services remain within impact tolerance during severe but plausible disruption.

Qualifications

• Develop and enhance the resilience, crisis and incident management framework to improve recovery and response capabilities.
• Provide oversight to recovery capability improvements across third-party suppliers and FMIs.
• Communicate resilience position via scorecards and dashboards for investment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Socialise and implement the resilience framework across the firm.
• Ensure compliance with standards, controls and regulatory expectations.
• Lead testing to demonstrate ability to recover within impact tolerance.
