The role involves documentation, care plan updates and a caring, home-like environment. Salary ranges from £27,976 unqualified to £33,259 with SVQ/HNC, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience is an advantage; no sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Support young people with daily routines: getting ready for school, meals, activities.
• Complete and update care plans; document updates.
• Provide emotional support and build trusting relationships.
• Assist with light housekeeping to maintain a warm home.
