Silver Birch Care Holdings is seeking a Children’s Residential Support Worker to help young people build confidence, independence and essential life skills in a safe, nurturing home environment. The role involves providing a warm and supportive setting, forming positive relationships, supporting care plans and daily routines, keeping accurate records, and promoting wellbeing.

A Level 3 in Children & Young People’s Residential Care (or willingness to undertake) is required, plus a full UK driving

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and young people (preferred).
• A genuine passion for supporting and caring for young people.
• Level 3 in Children & Young People’s Residential Care (or willingness to work towards).
• A positive, resilient, and team-focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence (preferred).
