Homes2Inspire's Addison House in Nottingham is seeking a Residential Support Worker to join a small team supporting young people who have experienced trauma. You don't need prior care experience; full training and a funded Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare are provided.

You'll support daily routines, activities and emotional well-being, de-escalate challenging situations with empathy, and encourage independence and life skills.
