Qualifications

• Must have evidence of the right to work in the UK.
• Experience in relevant maintenance tasks is essential.
• Willingness to work outside normal working hours if required.

Responsibilities

• Perform Legionella required tasks including weekly flushing.
• Conduct temperature testing and shower disinfections.
• Handle small pipework repairs and reactive repair requests.
• Participate in the out-of-hours callout rota.

City & Guilds / BTec / ACOP L8, LCA

NVQ plumbing qualifications

Experience working with computers/Tablets/Phones and CAFM systems

Experience with heating, ventilation and air conditioning plant
