The role
We are seeking a Residential Viewings Assistant to work on an ad hoc, part-time, permanent basis, based in our Honiton office. Our office is well established with a busy and friendly atmosphere.

The successful candidate must have:

• Experience working within the property sector (advantageous)
• Good knowledge of the local area (essential)
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to work well under pressure
• A car available for business use
• Full driving licence (essential)

This role may suit someone currently working in a similar position. Hours are flexible throughout the week, with most Saturday mornings likely required.
