The role
We are seeking a Residential Viewings Assistant to work on an ad hoc, part-time, permanent basis, based in our Dorchester office. Our office is well established and has a busy, friendly atmosphere.

The successful candidate must have:

• Experience working within the property sector (advantageous but not essential).
• Good knowledge of the local area is essential.
• Excellent communication skills.
• The ability to work well under pressure.
• Access to a car for business use.
• Full driving license.

This role is suitable for individuals currently working in a similar position. Hours are ad hoc throughout the week, with most Saturday mornings likely required.
