Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Valuation, or related field.
• Professional valuation qualification (e.g., RICS, API, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in residential property valuation, with leadership experience.
• Strong track record in business development and client relationship management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand residential valuation business.
• Identify new market opportunities and drive business development initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders; provide valuation advice.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of valuation professionals.
• Ensure high quality valuations and robust risk management procedures.
• Oversee the financial performance and KPIs for the residential valuations team.
