Job summary

GCB Recruitment is seeking a Residential Surveyor to cover the Billericay area. The role allows remote/home-based work with full-time or part-time options and a fixed geographical area.

You will carry out valuation reports and surveys, using leading technology, while delivering high-quality service and maintaining professional standards. A strong background in MRICS/AssocRICS or SAVA is preferred, with a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• AssocRICS or MRICS qualification; SAVA qualified also considered.
• Experience in residential surveys and valuation reports preferred.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out residential valuation reports and private home surveys.
• Produce accurate survey reports using market-leading technology.
• Deliver high-quality customer service throughout the surveying process.
• Manage workload to maximise productivity and service standards.
• Attend regional meetings and contribute to team initiatives.
• Maintain professional knowledge with ongoing training and updates.
