We are seeking experienced Residential Surveyors to join our regional teams across the UK on a zero-hours basis. This role involves conducting Level 2 surveys and offers opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct RICS Home Surveys—Levels 2 and 3 (depending on experience).
• Prepare detailed reports and provide professional advice.
• Inspect properties, analyze data, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent service to private and corporate clients.

Ideal Candidate

• AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS accredited with RICS Registered Valuer status.
