Aster Group is seeking a Surveyor for a 6-month fixed term contract based in Hampshire. The role involves performing responsive property inspections, surveys for repairs and refurbishments, and advising on construction defects to ensure high levels of customer service.

Candidates should hold an HNC or higher in Building/Surveying/Planning or have significant construction industry experience, possess a full UK driving licence, and be able to work independently with a collaborative team.

Qualifikationen

• HNC or higher in Building/Surveying/Planning or equivalent technical field, or significant construction industry experience.
• Ability to work independently in the community with team support.
• Good communication skills in person, on the phone, and in writing.

Aufgaben

• Carry out responsive property inspections in customers' homes in Hampshire.
• Conduct response repair surveys, mutual exchanges, minor works surveys, and investigate damp, condensation and mould.
• Oversee minor works, refurbishment work and general surveying.
• Advise on construction defects to deliver good customer service.
• Schedule repairs identified and maintain strong customer experience.
