A multi-disciplinary practice in Manchester is seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor to undertake various valuation and surveying tasks, including Levels 2 and 3, and bespoke building surveys. The role offers a competitive salary between £55,000 to £60,000, a commission structure, generous holiday and well-being days, and a healthcare program. Candidates must hold a relevant RICS qualification and have a strong record in surveying. This is a home-based role focused on staff well-being and a supportive work environment.
We are currently representing a multi-disciplinary practice incorporating in both Residential and Commercial work, who are seeking an experienced Surveyor to join their practice. The role will include undertaking a range of valuation and surveying work including Levels 2 and 3, Red Book Valuations, Bespoke Building Surveys, help-to-buy and probate.
