Shifts are worked in line with service needs and include evenings some bank holidays and alternate weekends. Posts may also require participation in a sleep-in rota. Additional payments are available for sleep-ins, waking nights and weekend working. Working as part of a supportive and experienced team, you will help to create a safe, nurturing environment where children and young people can flourish. You will be responsible for:

This is an incredibly rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll see first-hand the difference your support makes as children and young people overcome challenges, grow in confidence, and achieve their goals.
