I am seeking Night Support Workers to provide overnight care for children with complex needs, learning disabilities, mental health challenges, trauma, or behavioural issues.

Ideal applicants will have experience in SEN education, youth outreach, youth justice, fostering, care leaver support, semi-independent living services, or similar roles in children's services. A Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards one) is essential.
