Job summary

Keys Children in Crawley is seeking casual Children’s Residential Support Workers to join two homes in the area. The role involves caring for children with complex needs and working sleep-ins; you will be supported by a registered manager to provide a safe, nurturing home.

A strong commitment to safeguarding is essential, with enhanced DBS paid for by the employer. The package includes a Real Living Wage minimum, induction, funded training, enhanced pay scales, maternity/paternity pay, wellbeing

Qualifications

• Naturally caring and patient with children.
• Excellent communication with children and teammates.
• Able to stay calm and supportive in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a residential care setting.

Responsibilities
