Aspris is seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker for our children's home in Southampton. You will support young people with behavioral, emotional and social difficulties, accompany them on activities, and help them develop independence.

This role requires a full UK driving licence, patience, and a commitment to safeguarding. You will work with families and staff to provide safe, nurturing care, and you will have opportunities for CPD and progression within the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Take young people to activities, cinema trips, community events and help them cook and become independent.
• Build strong relationships with young people and staff to deliver safe, nurturing care.
