Aspris is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker for our children's home in South Shore, Lancashire. The role supports young people aged 7-18 with emotional and behavioural difficulties, helping with routines, education, hobbies and community activities.

You will work alongside the Registered Manager to lead shifts, mentor colleagues and ensure the highest standards of care in a safe, caring family-style environment. A full UK driving licence and NVQ Level 3 are required.

Formación

• Full UK driving license is required.
• NVQ Level 3 in residential childcare is required.
• Experience in residential childcare is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shifts and mentor colleagues to maintain high care standards.
• Support young people aged 7-18 with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
• Promote education attendance, daily routines, hobbies and independence.
