Job summary

Longmoor Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker to assist residents with learning disabilities and autism in a supportive home setting.

You will deliver compassionate personal care, support daily activities, and maintain detailed records while working with a multidisciplinary team to promote residents' wellbeing and safety. This role requires flexibility to cover evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with individuals with LD and Autism is essential.

  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Adherence to safeguarding and health & safety policies and procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of health and social care practices.
