Aspris is seeking a Residential Support Worker in Stoke-on-Trent to support young people aged 16-25 with learning difficulties. You will accompany them to college, join community activities, and help develop life skills in a safe, nurturing environment.

A full UK driving licence is required. We offer CPD and development opportunities, with a clear pathway to progression and a focus on courage, resilience, kindness and dedication.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with young people.

Responsibilities

• Accompany young people to college and assist with learning activities.
• Participate in community activities and daily living skills sessions.
• Foster independence and life skills through practical activities.
• Build positive relationships with young people and staff to support care goals.
