Job summary

Aspris Children's Services seeks a Residential Support Worker for our 5-bedded home near Mildenhall. A full UK driving licence is required to enable transport with young people and to attend activities.

You will support children and young people aged 8-18 with emotional and behavioural difficulties, providing a safe, nurturing environment and helping them build independence through practical and therapeutic activities.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience with children or young people is preferred.
• Ability to work with complex needs in a therapeutic, holistic setting.
