Job summary

Beechcroft House in Doncaster is seeking a Residential Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities within a small, person-centred home. The role offers 12-hour shifts (days or nights) at £12.95 per hour and a permanent contract with a fixed shift pattern.

We provide full induction, ongoing training, and opportunities for NVQ progression. A £250 joining bonus is paid after probation, with benefits including pension, uniform, and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Care experience not essential due to full induction and regular training.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills for caring roles.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities in a residential home.
