Job summary

Creative Support Services Ltd in Bromham, Bedford is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to help people with learning and physical disabilities reach their goals and participate in their community.

You will assist with daily living tasks, provide emotional support, and help with personal care, while training and progression opportunities are available through our Creative Academy.

A full UK driving licence is essential for travelling around the community; sponsorship is not offered.

We provide all of your training as you begin your new career in care, including the opportunity to work towards earning your QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. All employees have access to our training system where, through a combination of in person and e-learning courses, you can learn the skills required to develop in your role and progress toward senior roles.

Please note, a full UK driving license is an essential requirement for this role, due to travelling around the community to provide support to servicer users.
