Job summary

360 CRS is seeking a Residential Support Practitioner to work across Plymouth and Exeter homes in the Southwest. The role offers £13.50–£14.00 per hour DOE, plus £50 bonus per sleep-in, with enhanced rates for overtime and bank holidays.

You will support children aged 7-17 in a trauma-informed, nurturing environment, building trust and emotional development while safeguarding and working within a supportive team. A Level 3 Residential Childcare Diploma is funded and encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children/young people.
• Full UK driving licence & access to a car.
• Willingness to work a varied rota.
