Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kirkham, Preston, for a Residential Support Worker (Children's Home). The Residential Support Worker will support children and young people in their daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being, and providing emotional support and guidance. Key tasks include assisting with care, facilitating social and recreational activities, and maintaining accurate records of progress.

Qualifications

• Experience as Support Workers and a strong understanding of Safeguarding practices
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities
• Technical support skills and the ability to manage related tools
• Knowledge of child development and children's welfare (beneficial)
