A leading care organization seeks a Support Worker for a role in children's residential care, based in Whitchurch, Shropshire. You will provide tailored support to children, ensuring their safety and growth while promoting independence. Applicants must be over 21 and possess a valid UK driving license and ideally have experience in child care. Annual salary ranges from £12.60 to £13.30 per hour, with additional earnings through sleep-ins.
JOB ROLE: Support Worker - Children's Residential
LOCATION: Please note, you are required to hold a Full UK Driving License as this role is based in Whitchurch, Shropshire (SY13)
SALARY: £12.60 - £13.30* per hour
HOURS: 39 per week
Assigned shift structure 39 hours per week (including overnights) £62.64 per sleep-in (working approx. 4-8 sleep ins per month, additional earnings from £3,000 to £6,000 per annum)
