Salary Range: (FTE) £24,665 - £28,367 per annum subject to experience and qualifications
Once Qualified in L3 Health and Social Care there is a potential to earn up to £31,412 after further completion of relevant RMT courses and increased length of service
(This salary includes a market supplement for Residential Support Workers)
Sleep-ins paid at an extra £78.48 per night
(This equates to approximately £3,500 additional payment when working 1 sleep-in shift per week)

Applicants who apply for this role at the current time will receive a Welcome Bonus of £1500 (subject to Tax/NI) after successful completion of their 6-month probation period
This role can be both physically/emotionally demanding, and you must have the confidence and patience to deal/manage with the challenging behaviours that young people can present.
