What the role looks like

As a Residential Support Worker, you will provide emotional support to our young people and assist with day-to-day activities such as washing, dressing, and getting to school. If you work a weekend shift, you may spend less time on-site at the home, as activities are often held elsewhere—think theme parks, bowling alleys, cinemas, and zoos. You will have fun while making a positive impact.

Our homes accommodate young people with autism, learning difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health needs. While challenges may arise, our Residential Support Workers find the strong relationships and memories created to be highly rewarding. Seeing a young person overcome difficulties and make progress is the ultimate reward.
