About the Service
Arosfa Disability Service provides short breaks and long-term residential support to children and young people with disabilities or additional needs. We pride ourselves on providing a home-from-home experience, ensuring peace of mind for parents while their children enjoy a sleepover, and that our staff have fun too!

About the role
This entry-level role requires no prior experience or qualifications. We seek a positive attitude and a desire to provide the best care. It’s a great opportunity to explore social care, gain practical experience, and decide if it’s right for you.
You will create a safe, supportive environment, prioritise wellbeing, deliver personalised care, guidance, and advocacy, and ensure safety and health to help young people reach their full potential.
