CareTech Community Services in Manchester is seeking a Residential Support Worker to assist young people aged 8–18 with daily routines, schooling prep, meals, and activity planning in a warm, supportive home setting.

You will build trust through patience, active listening and encouragement, developing relationships and providing emotional support. Training is provided; no prior experience required, and a DBS check is part of safeguarding.

• Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects.
• Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.

Children’s Residential Support Worker

Location: Moston, Greater Manchester

Pay: £12.86-£13.50 per hour plus £30 per sleep in
