An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Fullerton Grove, our residential short break service for children with disabilities, complex health needs and additional support needs.
As a Residential Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, child-centred care within a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment. You will work alongside families and partner agencies to support children's wellbeing, participation and development through trauma-informed, relationship-based and therapeutic practice.
The role involves supporting children with a range of care needs including personal care, moving and handling, medication administration and healthcare support, alongside promoting play, activities and positive experiences.
