Action for Children in Belper is seeking a Residential Support Worker to join Willow Lodge, a therapeutic home for up to four children.
You will provide consistent, therapeutic support, help children settle, build routines, and, when required, drive the home's vehicle to school, activities and appointments.

Salary: up to £30,000 per annum (dependant on qualifications and experience)
Location: Belper
Contract/Hours: Permanent /Full-Time – 37 hours per week

Willow lodge is a newly established therapeutic residential home for up to four children and young people. We provide a warm, homely environment where they feel safe, supported and part of the community. Working closely with families and partner agencies, we help young people build confidence independence and stability.
We're looking for Residential Support Workers to join our small, committed team. You'll provide consistent, therapeutic support to help children settle, build trust and develop healthy routines. Part of this role involves driving the homes vehicle to take children to school, activities and appointments, so the ability to drive is important.
